1. Rights: have the right of talk, vote, work, study, and other.
2.Duties: something that you shot has to do.
3.Democracy: type of government that you chose what ever you want.
4.Responsibilities: obligacion legal o moral que se tiene a consecuencia de hacer o haberse cometido una falta.
5.Toyosaburo Korematsu a native-born American citizen refused to leave his home and go to the camps .he was arrested , charged with failure to rederal for relocation , and was convicted in federal district court . Korematsu have many responsibilities go to the camp but he has rights like a normal citizen.
6.Yes , because he is citizen , he exsige sobre his rights ,and he has mamy responsibilities like a citizen sobre todo aun que he was a Japanese- American.
7.Both have ability during the war because they are en peligro de que los maten in the war.
Beatrice Bodre....
Rigths,Duties and Responsibilities.
1. Rights are the things that you born with. For example you have the right to respect, to vote, to make your opinion, to speech, and to almost do what ever you like.
2. Duties are the things that you have to do. For example you have the duties to pay taxes, to required by law to defending the nation, and to attending school.
3. Responsibilities are the things that you can choose whether or not. For example you can choose to vote, to not required by law to fulfilled our responsibilities.
4.Democracy is a government based on a written constitution and laws made by representatives elected by people.
5. Korematsu VS. United States was a men called Korematsu that in the Word War 2 when the United States sent to the people that are Japanese for one part. They sent to concentrations camps and when the United States want to sent he to the concentrations camps he said No and protect because he was an American, but his parents was Japanese.
6.I am disagree with the Supreme Court decision in Korematsu VS. United States because if he born in the United States and his parent in Japan that is not mean that he is not an American because he is an American and he had the right and responsibilities to say not I don’t want to go. And also if he born in the United States he have the right and laws that every citizen born in the United States and he don’t had the rights and laws of Japan because he is not an Japanese.
7. In my opinion the U.S. government have the ability for one part and for another part not to take away rights during the time of war in both (aliens and U.S. citizens). I like for one part in both (aliens and U.S. citizens) because I know the U.S. government is protected us going for that not happen something bad to us, but not protect us going to concentrations camps, or going to jail because this is something horrible. I don’t like for the another part because some people that are U.S. citizens they think that are the best because they are white’s people and they could treating bad to alien’s people because they born in another country and also I think that if they have to take away rights during time of war they could start with the U.S. citizens because they born in the United States and they had to do that thing that the U.S. government said because the duties, rights, and laws of the U.S. government, but that not include the people or child that born in U.S. and her parents are Latinos or alien. Then the U.S. government will go with the alien’s people because they don’t born in U.S., and also if his parents are alien they born in another country and also they will get the probability to say not if they want. That’s what I think.
Brankely Garcia...
Right: the rights to which every person is born and defends us in life.
Duties: the duties to which they are rules of law, that law if the person do what the law says it is mandatory
Responsibilities: Responsibilities are optional things in which one chooses to do for the good of the common citizen.
Democracy is when people vote to choose their ruler.
5). Korematsu was a citizen who had been unidense Japanese physical traits by their forefathers, the United States was at war with Japan, and all the Japanese people with Japanese features placed them in concentration camps because it was law, but refused to go to that place because the American was born in the United States.
6). Korematsu Both because it is American but also Japanese not only by physical features, if not because their generation was Japanese and that Japan also makes it right but the American had to be American
7). No, because laas people have rights that protect them, because these were created to defend our views.
A). No, because they are not citizens but the government has no right to remove the right
B). Not because the American people, not citizens, all have rights and nobody can deny
