Brenda,
We capitalize proper nouns such as Greek City-States (Athens and Sparta) and Persia! And kings' names such as Xerxes!
Slow down for the last session!

Brenda,
Where is your third part?
Mr. PPD
The Persians were located in the Middle East of Asia, that now is located in Iran. Cavalry means soldiers who ride on horses. The Persian was better than Greece in cavalry. The Persians travel from Persia to Greece by using the Hellespont and they made a bridges in the hellespont. Navy means travel by water. Greece had the best navy in the Persian Wars. The first king in these wars or battle was king Darius then when kind Darius die then his son tuck over the wars or battlefor Persia. Leonidos was the kind at the end and I don’t know how was at the beginning for greece.
I would in join forces with an enemy, because if there is a battle between me and my enemy and the enemy is stronger than me so I need to in join force with my enemy to be able to defeat the enemy. For example Sparta and Athens were enemy but than came Persia train to take over Greece and it was an strong empire so Sparta and Athens became together to defeat Persia.
The Battle of Salamis was the most interesting for me because I thought that Persia was intelligent because they were able to made one of the bigger empire in the world so they wouldn’t fell in the trick that Athens did to them but I think that Xerses is the stupid because he was the one that lessen to the man that Athens sent to trick him.

The persian empire was locaed in the middle east in. It was on Asia, on the country Iran. The word cavalry isa soldier that rides a horse. Persia had a best cavalry than the greeks. Persia traveled to greece by water wich is maritime. The word navy is a army that fights over water. The greeeks had the best navy. Athens were better than the Persians. At the start of the wars the king of Persia was called Darius. At the end of the wars the king of Persia was Darius son Xerxes.
The quote "The enemy of my enemy is my best friend" meant that if Athens and Sparta were always fighting and a same enemy attacked their whole country they had to get along so they would bit their enemy up. Thats the reason why Sparta and Athens allied. I think I would join forces witha enemy because if my other enemy is to strong and is attacking him to we should get along so we would both fight our same enemy. I would join forces with my enemy because if he is to strong and is attacking my other enemy too, we should work togheter so we would bit our enemy up.
In my opinion, I think the most impotant battle for the Greeks was the battle of Platae. I think this war was the most important because the Greeks had almost beated up halve of the Persians so there were less people than they fought before. I think was the most important battle because it was the last battle. This battle was were they dicited wich of them, Persia or Greece won the battle. What happened in this battle was that the greeks were almost winning. It was like their lucky battle because they killed more people than they had. In this battle all the Greek city-states that were beign attacked get togheter to finish this battle with their won. I think it was the most important battle because that was were the city-states that were beign attacked by the persians got along finished this wars.
Wilmer,
1) We need to work on the past tense. Now, navy is not to travel by water! It is to fight on water! Maritime means to travel by water!
2)Leonidas was the Spartan King. Remember, Greece was a combination of several city-states. Some had kings, others had tyrants and Athens had a direct democracy.
3) Maybe Xerxes was "so stupid" or maybe Athens was great at persuasion!

Good job
Andy,
Your work looks a little rushed. Spelling mistakes that I konw you don't make, typos and not spell checked!
Questions not answered in part 1: What was the passage from Asia to Europe called and who was the king of Sparta?
Great work, but I have to lower your grade because of the several silly and rushed spelling mistakes and typos. Copy and paste to word, fix the problems and re-submit for a higher grade.

1st Part:
The Persian empire in encient time was located in the Middle East of Asia. The persian empire is located now in Iran in the middle East. Calvary means soldiers that ride on horses.I think the Persian's calvary was better than the Greeks. Persians went from Persia to Greece using the Hellespont, and they built bridges in the Hellespont. Navy means to travel by water.Greece had the best navy in the Persian wars. The Persian king at the beginning of the war was Darius and Leonidus was the king at the end.
2nd Part:
The enemy of my enemy is my frend is a sentence known worldwide. It basically means if you have a common enemy why not ally to kill them. I would join forces with an enemy of my enemy because any help is grately needed in any war.
3rd Part:
I think that the Battle at Platea was the most imporant battle because Greeks slaughtered alot of the men they had while the Greek causualties was only believed to be around 200 and the Greeks killed many generals of the Persian army which proved that the Greeks had a fighting spirit and could beat the Persians. They had driven away the Persian forces attacking their city states which meant they could start rebuilding their cities. I also think it was the most important battle because it was the last battle which means they had the last win in the war.

Haiker,
You did not capitalize any proper nouns on part 1 such as Iran, Persia and Persian Wars. Your definition of navy is incorrect. Maritime means to travel by water. Navy is fighting over water bodies (as army over land). Also, Leonidas was the Spartan King! Who was the Persian King during the later years?
Part 2: Who were the enemies who united to fight in the Persian Wars and who was the common enemy?
Part 3: Part 3 is your best work, but it kinds of sound a little like the book! Answer my questions for a higher grade.
PPD
I think the Battle of Platea. Is because if the Persians would have won it would of been a tie. That could of been a problem because the Spartans didn't have enough people to fight one more battle. The Athens were destroyed after the Battle of Platea and they are lucky they won. The Persians had a good opportunity of winning the Greek city-stateS.
