Imagine that in a near future the North Pole, Antarctica and all glaciers in the world have melt due to global warming. How do you think the world would change? Where would people live? How would everyday life change? How would humans adapt to this new environment? This assignment is due by Tuesday, December 18th and it must be at least two paragraphs (each paragraph must have at least three complete sentences)

Introduction
The world would be a complete disaster but on the other hand you would never have to say “I am thirsty because just drink there would be no land that would stink because that would mean no games no restaurant eat sea weed or maybe some plants on a little bit of land but eventually we would all die because we would get eaten by the big sharks and other fish that are hungry and that will happen in a phew years because of global warming it would be offal.

The world would change because there id going to be no games, soda, computers no anything just water fish and maybe some plants on tiny pieces of land. There would also, mean that there is going to be more shark food. I think that if that happens nobody will live unless you are traveling in a submarine and eventually would run out of air and they would have to come up and breathe and then they would leave the submarine and run out of food and they will probably be eaten by a fish or shark or something. It would be very hard to adapt that means hunger very less thirst but very giant smell so I would rather be eaten or dead that suffering so it would be hard to adapt

Good points... but...
1) We can't drink ocean water it makes us sick
2) The Cartoon is an exageration
3) La Paz is the highest city in the world and they have sports, games and soda
4) I think you need to re-do your question. You have to relate your thinking to the ways you already know people adapt such as plating different crops and engaging on vertical trade. Just because people wouldn't be able to live in islands it doesn't mean we would all die.

The cartoon is trying to make a point, but it is just a joke. People could just move to the mountains. You also only have one paragraph. I think you should re do your question. You can write two paragraphs with at least three sentences and think about better examples.

If the North Pole, Antarctica and all the glaciers melt it will be really bad and the world will change a lot the changes on weather will be really bad, in the Caribbean you may see snow or hurricanes in winter that is what is happening in Dominican Republic a hurricane in the middle of winter that is very estrange you may see freezing temperatures in the Caribbean and sea level will rises the places below sea level will flout, people will have to move to high land like in the Andes, or far from the cost, you will need to wear different clothes every day the weather will go crazy one day hot and the other cold and freezing I will not like that I don’t wanted to see hurricanes in Boston, the Pole, Antarctica and all glaciers in the world keep the temperature cool, you may not see an island because it will be under water and a lot of people will die in this event.

The world would change because people are not going to have houses so they are not going t be with their family any more.and that why i think who the world change and people would live in the stret or they would live like they take then some where where they can live.and every day would change because people are going to have to clothes and food and they probobly people are not going to be with their family.
The world would not have lot of changes when all the ice melt because some of the ice is already melting of global warming but the sea level could grow if the ice of the world melt and only the people that live in the mountain would adapt to the melt down.
In Dominican republic could adapt to the melt down because the will be more storms like right now and the younger kids will adapt more fast then a old person because the old persons have more time living in land than younger kids and the people will adapt to eat more fish than anything and the people of the mountains will eat more vegetable than fish because people in the mountains get land to crops.
If Antartica melts this world will change it's physical features, lands will be above sea level people might live in mountains where water where water can't reach reach people. life will change alot because almost all the forests will be covered with water, so people people are not gona be able to get food.
in order for people to adapt they need to have a way of living like natives American at the amazon forest. so they can adapt by moving from a place to another where water can't reach (below sea level).

I think the world would change by the world get more hot and hottest. People would live in the continent that will get smallest. I think the every day live will change by less people, less land, more water, and the weather. I think people will adapt by living some other 20 or 10 more years in this new world.
I think people will adapt to the new environment by planting more trees and not killing that man animals. I think humans can adapt to the new environment by not burning trees and using cars. They ca adapt to the new environment by not using petroleum in car and other things.
I think that the world will change because some of the people will die. And some of the Caribbean island will be flooded. And if the North Pole, Antarctica will melt the whole world will be a disaster. Water in every were. And the weather will change to. it would be very cold for all does people that live in the Caribbean they will be sick no water no food all of them will died. It can happen a lot of thing in winter like in does Caribbean country
Like in the Dominican Republic is a hurricane over there but that is strange because we are in winter that is really stranger. And like in the all countries the weather can go crazy one they of snow and the other they very cold the people can get sick in the North Pole will melt.

Why couldn't people live in other towns in the Andes mountains (7 countries). How might be adapt besides moving to La Paz (7 billion people)? How might they adapt????

People grow and water RISES! The Dominican Republic doesn't have that many mountains. Could all people move there? What about the population density?
I like your idea about plating more vegetables in the mountains (vertical trade), but perhaps people would have to move to areas like the Andes such a Bolivia, Ecuador and Peru.

I think that the world would change like that sea or ocean is going to be taller and is to be fewer continents in in the world.
