208: Citizenship (8th Grade)

What does citizenship mean to you? Think very carefully about this question. I am extremely interested in your opinion and not a book definition!

For me citizenship is when a person take a test or they are born in the United States or any other place and they become part of the United States or other place else, and you have more rights to say your opinion to vote and etc.. In you have the duty to pay taxes and pay other things the you got to pay and you got to pay if you don't pay you can go to jail and other words citizenship is when you have more rights and duties to do for your country than other people the are not citizen(immigrants).

citizenship means to me that when someone come go a different country and they star to be a citizen from that country.

in my opinion citizenship means that you are a citizen of that country for example from the u.s.a .and that means that you are able to vote for your own president and that you have a blue passaport . another example is that you are not a immigrant in the u.s.a.that is what i think in my opinion citizenship means...........

citizenship means for when somebody can vote and the same right of the people on that country and when the emegrants come from other country and they get thei citizenship.

In my opinion citizenship have so many meanings and the first of them is that you had lived a long time in a place(for example a city). secondly, That you form part of a city. in the third place , that means that you can vote and have different rights because for example if you don't have citizenship from country you would not have the same rights as the one who haved . Finally ,I finish later ..

In my opinion Citizenship is when people became part of a country where they didn't born. Also when you adopt new things like culture, language, and all the history of a country. Citizen of a country make you part of their people. For example when you became part of U.S Society you are free to vote and also be who you want but you need to fallow the laws of the country. This is my opinion of what citizenship is.

Finally, is when the people adapt to a new style of life, culture, food, history, customs, rules and etc . In conclusion , citizen is when you have more rights than the other that not are citizen in other worlds immigrants. For example if you are not citizen your you cannot be president, to vote or do so many things that only the citizens can do .

For me citizenship means when a person form part of a country. For example in united states people have to take a test to became a u.s. citizen. also when they became part of the country people are free to vote and have laws to follow.

I think that a citizenschip is a person who have the rigth of vote and do know they rigth even if the person is immigrant For example if the person is immigrant the person can do the same things like a citizen.the person is from another country ..

I think that citizenship mean a lot of things.First Of all, citizenship mean being part of U.S. For example, you can be a citizenship if you born in United State or in other country. Also, you can be citizenship of two country, of your culture and your parents Culture.Another example,you can be a citizenship if you can take the test and be a citizenship.to End, Citizenship means a lot of things.
