What do you think are the characteristics of civilizations? What do all countries must have so they can take care of their people?
different characterics of a civilizations are not all the same because all the countries are not the same.what every country should have a bid community so they could not be alone.
To protect o ther people they suppose to have a armi because if you have a armi they could protect you from other people th are triying to kill you, and u have to be brave to protect other people to.
